1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations made within the 12-hour window will be processed in full, and you will receive a complete refund.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations after 12 hours as the order may already be in the processing or shipping stage.
To cancel your order, please email us at holistic-w@outlook.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
- All original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please email holistic-w@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if applicable) to initiate a return request.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email that your return has been received.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
Please note that we only offer refunds. We do not provide replacements or exchanges at this time.
4. Exceptions
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or consumed food items
- Items returned after 30 days of receipt
